Transferring funds using Quick Actions

You can use Quick Actions to transfer funds.

To transfer funds using Quick Actions

  1. On the Home page, click or tap Transfer Money Now.
  2. On the Funds Transfer page, do the following:
    1. Select an account from the From Account drop-down list.
    2. Select an account from the To Account drop-down list.
    3. Enter an Amount to transfer.
    4. Click or tap the Frequency field, then select a frequency.

    Note:  Depending on the frequency you select, there will be more options such as Day of the week, Start Date, and Repeat Duration.

    Note:  The date selected is the date you want the transfer to be processed, not the date the funds will become available. If you select today's date for an external transfer to another FI, your FI may charge an additional processing fee.

    Additionally, depending on your FI's configuration, Same Day ACH transactions may not be available depending on the day of week or time of day.

    1. (Optional) Enter information about the transfer in the Memo field.
    2. Click or tap Approve. The Transaction Authorized message appears and confirms that the transfer was processed or will be scheduled to process.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click or tap Close to set up another transfer.
    • Click or tap View in Activity Center to see the transaction details.

To transfer funds using enhanced Quick Actions

  1. On the Home page, click the three vertical dots on the desired account.
  2. Click or tap Quick Transfer.
  3. In the To drop-down list, select the account to which you want to transfer funds.
  4. In the Amount field, enter the amount to transfer.
  5. (Optional) To view more transfer options, click or tap Advanced Options.
  6. Click or tap Transfer Funds.

Note:  Quick Transfer only appears as an option under the account tile if you can withdraw from the account.

Note:  You can set up a recurring transfer to start today.
